Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations must be submitted 14 days or more before your rental date to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of your rental date will forfeit 25% of the total cost of the rental. Cancellations within 7 days of your rental date will forfeit 50% of the total cost of the rental. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental time will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100%. No-shows will be charged 100%.

*Cancellations on reschedule bookings will be determined by the original booking date and the original rescheduling request date.

Note : Cancellations due to severe weather are determined on the day of your rental. We do not cancel due to weather forecasts. Cancellations will only be processed if it is UNSAFE to be on the water. Our recommendation is, come out to the lake and hope for the best…we have had some of the best lake days in the rain!
