SMALL WATERCRAFT POLICIES: If you must cancel your small watercraft reservation (PWC, ski boat, fishing boat, etc.), you must notify us at least 3 days prior to your check-in date to avoid a cancellation penalty. Any cancellations received within 3 days of your departure date will result in the full rental amount charged to your credit card on file. HOUSEBOAT CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel your houseboat reservation, notify us at least 60 days prior to your check-in date and your deposit will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee per houseboat. Cancellations received between 59 and 45 days prior to check-in date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to your deposit amount. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to scheduled check-in date are subject to forfeiture of total prepayment.
