We require a 48 hour notice for your trip cancellation to be fully refundable. We realize that last minute things do come up, but any cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will lose the $50.00 minimum deposit.
Note : If the Captain determines that it is unsafe or will be unpleasant to have your excursion, we will be happy to reschedule or refund your trip as you determine.

Note : We have no problem with you bringing your drink aboard and will be happy to put it into the boat cooler. Just please refrain from bringing glass bottles as it's a safety hazard. Don't forget your Koozie!
