Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Once you book your rental date, you can cancel and get a full refund or request an alternate date anytime prior to 7 days before the rental date. Anytime within 6-2 days prior to your reservation we will refund you 75% of your rental fee. You can not cancel or reschedule within 2 days of the reservation date. No-shows or canceling the day of will be charged the full rental rate.
In the instance of bad weather, we make weather decisions the night before or early the morning of. We do not cancel or reschedule reservations based on forecasted weather prior to the night before. In the instance of bad weather, we will refund or reschedule, whichever the customer prefers.

Note: Yes, any dog under 25lbs is allowed at an additional charge. Further, the renter agrees that ANY damage due to the dog is the responsibility of the renter to pay for.
We are family owned and operated and we have dogs of our own. As we do love animals and our dogs, we also know the possibility of damage from dogs so if you are going to bring them please keep them off the seats.
