Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : oat rentals are required to be paid in full up front. Reservations may be cancelled with 2 weeks notice and issued a full refund. Reservations that are cancelled within 2 weeks of the rental date will be issued a voucher for rescheduling. No changes to reservation dates/times can be made within 72 hours of your rental time. Cancellations occurring within 72 hours of your rental time will result in a forfeiture of the rental cost.
