Ouzel Outfitters has raft & equipment rentals available in Bend, Oregon, for the do-it-yourself rafter. We assume that rental customers have the knowledge and experience to safely and properly use the equipment rented. We cannot make recommendations on appropriate rivers or river segments. If you are unsure of the river or river segment that would be appropriate for your group and/or are not confident in your skills or use of the equipment, you should consider one of our fully-outfitted and professionally guided whitewater rafting adventures!

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Rentals are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to you scheduled pick-up date. Between 30 days and 7 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 7 days of your pick-up date and time are not eligible for refunds. If your trip is cancelled due to insufficient water levels, dangerously high water levels or river closures, a full refund will be offered. The renter-of-record must be present to pick up and sign for the rental.
