Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cabins/boats booked within 30 days of check-in require immediate deposit upon booking and will NOT result in a refund if cancelled. Cabin rates are subject to a 6% state tax, 3% county lodging fee, and 1% state transient room fee. Boat rates are subject to a 6% State tax. Deposits will be refunded minus any bank and/or credit card fees if cancellation is more than 30 days before check-in. Deposits will NOT be refunded if cancellation is within 30 days of check-in or rental period. Any reservation without a deposit will be subject to cancellation without notice.
