Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : A $20 cancellation fee is charged for reservations canceled more than 5 days prior to date of rental. (You will receive your deposit less the $20 cancellation fee.)
If you need to cancel within 5 days of your rental date, you will forfeit your deposit or you may choose to reschedule your rental date.

Pets allowed : No

Note : Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. If you choose to return equipment early due to weather, we are not able to reduce rental rates. If Bigfork Outdoor Rentals Inc. determines weather to be unsafe we will offer a credit for use at a later date.
