Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : You may cancel your reservation 30 days prior to pick up date. We will refund your payment minus $100 Cancellation Fee. NO REFUND on cancellations less than 30 days. Weather related cancellations are determined the actual day of the rental, since conditions and forecasts change. We cannot issue a refund due to inclement weather. However, we will issue a credit voucher that can be applied towards future rental.
