Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Special Policy

Rented watercraft returned to the boathouse after closing are subject to a minimum $20 late fee. A minimum $50 replacement fee is charged for lost, stolen, or damaged rental items.
All equipment, including paddles, and watercraft surfaces (seats/edges/handles) that come in direct contact with guests will be disinfected with Clorox wipes between uses.
