We offer free cancellation UP TO 48 Hours prior to your reservation time. Contact us by phone or email  esteroadventures@gmail.com should you need to cancel. No-shows, as well as cancellations WITHIN 48 hours of your reservation date, will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

Note : This is a Rain or Shine reservation. You are the Captain and drive the boat, kayak, or Stand-up Paddle Board. You are responsible for checking weather and tide conditions before you come and make sure you are equipped for those conditions. Ultimately, it is up to you to determine the best time to come out to paddle based on your ability. Please note: Customers will receive a full refund if we should need to cancel your reservation due to unsafe weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Note : Dogs are welcome to accompany you on a kayak or SUP. The dog must wear a float vest. Weight limits apply to all crafts.  Unfortunately, we cannot allow any dogs on our rental boats, regardless of size. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you
