If a reservation cancellation is necessary (for any reason, including weather), it must be done by noon (12:00 PM) PRIOR to the date of the rental pick-up. Otherwise the $150 deposit is forfeited.
Note : If a reservation cancellation is necessary (for any reason, including weather), it must be done by noon (12:00 PM) PRIOR to the date of the rental pick-up. Otherwise the $150 deposit is forfeited. For weather cancellations ONLY, management may allow a reschedule within the same season. Rescheduled rentals may NOT be cancelled without deposit forfeiture.
