Cancellations and changes can be made to any reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation period. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the reservation start time will be given a credit for the full reservation amount for use with any “Peconic Water Sports” services (rentals, charters, lessons, etc…) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start time will not be refunded Peconic Boat Rental LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to weather. Peconic Boat Rental LLC will determine whether the weather conditions are safe and suitable for boating. Small craft advisories and adverse weather conditions will result in cancellation of all rentals The renter will be given a full refund of their reservation amount for single day rental cancellations Refunds are not given for unboatable days during a multiple day reservation of 3 or more days. There are no cancellations or refunds given for bookings during “Holidays”
