Reservations cancelled greater than 7 days will receive deposit minus 20% processing fee. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days or no-show will lose the deposit. Weather cancellations are at Lakeview’s discretion based on safety of guest and rented equipment. If weather cancelled prior to rental deposit will be refunded. If weather cancelled by Lakeview during rental, charges will be adjusted based on rental day.
