Cancellations must be made 72- hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made after this 72-hour window will be non-refundable, Same day bookings are also final sales and non-refundable to include but not limited to you arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or arrive later than scheduled departure time, and not having a valid government photo identification. No shows and personal emergency will be treated as non-refundable. How Do I Reschedule? Reschedules made before 72-hours can call or email us with the new date/time for a rescheduled tour, and we will do our best to make those changes. We would be happy to apply your credit to gift cards for future tours.
