We understand, things happen! In the event you need to cancel or reschedule please read below: Boats: Minimum of 48 hours prior to departure, otherwise payment is non-refundable. Refunds All refunds will be returned via method of payment. Credit Card refunds may take 3-5 business days to receive funds back. You will receive an email confirmation for the refund. Please keep in mind: Once you leave our dock, you are responsible for your good time! So have fun! Unfortunately, once you have left our dock you are ineligible for a refund.
