Cancellation more than 48 hours notice - 100% of your payment will be refunded. Cancellation within 48 hours notice (7 days for July 4th & Labor Day weekend rentals) - We will make every effort to re-rent the boat. If we do, 100% of your payment will be refunded. If we don't, 50% of your payment will be refunded. Cancellation on the day of the scheduled departure time and/or late arrivals - There are no refunds or prorating.

Note : Cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions - We would love it if everyone had perfect weather for their day on the lake. However, we all know that on some days it will just not be safe for you to go out. If GBM makes this determination you will receive a credit equal to your rental that is good for 1 year. There are no credits for bad weather during 5 and 7-day rentals.
