Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 15 days notice of cancellation. For 8-14 days notice of cancellation, customers will receive a a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within one week of the reservation.

Note : Any cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of Seneca Lake Resorts.
