If you are unable to keep your rental and you need to cancel, please contact us 48 hours in advance of your rental to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to your reservation forfeit the 15% deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, you will be charged the full rental fee. If we determine that cancellations have to be made due to inclement weather at the time of your rental, the cancellation policy does not apply and you can get a refund or work with us to reschedule.
