Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellation Policy:**Cancellations must be made 4 days or more outside of the reservation date for a full refund. IF you cancel within 4 days of the rental, we will refund all except a $50 late cancellation fee. Service fees are non-refundable. --NO Refunds canceling the same day as reservation, call to discuss receiving credit for a future rental or changing reservation date. Must cancel 2 hours before reservation time to receive credit.
