Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : A sixty (60) day advance notice is required for refundable cancellation. Cancellations that occur more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded, but will incur a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations that occur within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the advance deposit. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the full payment is forfeited. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent or deposit.
