Cancellation Policy

Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

No cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled reservation.
No shows will be charged deposit price as agreed.

Boat Lessee and ALL drivers must be at least 18 years of age
Waverunner / Personal Watercraft Lessee and ALL drivers must be at least 18 years of age
US Residents & Canadian Residents – Valid Drivers License Required
US Residents & Canadian Residents – Each driver will be required to sign affidavit stating they have met home state requirements.
International Residents – Drivers License Required
All rentals are restricted to the Boulder Basin of Lake Mead.
The first tank of fuel is included with all Pontoon rentals. After first tank, lessee must pay for amount of fuel used.
Max Weight on waverunners limited to 500 pounds.
No overnight rentals.
No shows will be charged deposit price as agreed.
Rentals must be returned in same condition.

Charged After at Check-out based on fuel consumed
Fuel not included in price of Sport Boats and WaveRunners. Rentals leave with a full tank. At time of return, lessee must pay for amount of fuel used.
