Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : The reservation deposit will be refunded, but a $25 cancellation fee per rental item will be charged if the reservation is cancelled more than seven (7) days before the start of the rental. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within the seven (7) days prior to the start of the rental. The remaining $50 balance will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within two (2) days from the scheduled start of the reservation.
