Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : A 30-day written cancellation is accepted and will incur up to a $150 cancellation fee. There are no cancellations or refunds within 30 days of the rental. Weather-related (lightning, high winds) cancellations will be considered for a refund or credit, but not until the day of rental as forecasts change.

For sunset cruises, there are no cancellations with the exception of weather-related (lightning, high winds) and will be determined at the discretion of Lakes Area Adventures.

Pets allowed : No

Note: While we understand the love for furry family members, pets are not allowed on our boats. Any pets on board will incur a $250 cleaning surcharge.

All rentals will have a full tank of fuel and need to be returned full as well. If the tank is not full the renter will be charged the cost of fuel plus a $50 surcharge.
