Renters who cancel at least 7 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.

Note : If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will forfeit your rental deposit (your deposit is half of your rental cost)

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : There is one exception to our policy. Rox’s Landing will not provide a refund for rental interruptions due to poor weather or circumstances out of Rox’s Landings control. In these events renters will receive a raincheck good for one year from the rental date.
