Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 HOURS before booking. Cancellations within 48 HOURS are NOT allowed and you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

Pets allowed : No

Note : The only exceptions are inclement weather which would cause the cancellation of all rentals during the period of inclement weather. In this case your rental payment will be refunded in full. Inclement weather will be determined by the Beaver's Bend Marina Marina staff. As an example, it could be raining in the morning but clearing up by noon. All bookings starting afternoon would not be canceled and it is your responsibility to show up for the rental. We therefore encourage you to check the weather and contact us at the marina via e-mail or phone to determine the status of your rental. You are responsible for the time you reserved and no shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
