Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If inclement weather were to occur, you are offered to change dates or receive a refund minus the 3% credit card fee. If you are already out on the water at the time inclement weather were to occur, we will refund prorated time remaining.

3-4 days from reservation you are refunded minus $150.

2 days from reservation you are refunded minus the $250 deposit.

Less than 48 hours, you will not receive a refund.

All cancellations are offered to rebook in the future for a date within one year from original booking date rather than losing the money.
