Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations made within 24 hours of rental time forfeit entire fee; cancellations made less than 10 days but more than 24 hours from rental time forfeit $100 of total fee; cancellations made more than 10 days from rental time receive full refund.

Note : Weather cancellations/reschedules will be decided solely by the owner of Paris Landing Pontoon Rental, normally the morning of the rentals. If it is deemed truly unsafe to be out on the water, PLPR will work with Renters to either reschedule reservations or give prorated refunds. ​
