Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the confirmed reservation fee with greater than 24 hour cancellation notice. (48 on HOLIDAYS)
A cancellation with less than 24 hour notice (48 hours on HOLIDAYS) or a "NO SHOW" will forfeit entire reservation fee and cannot be applied toward a future reservation.
Sorry, cancellations fees cannot be waived for personal emergencies
Cancellation fees will only be waived if dangerous weather conditions exist on Lake Lanier at the time of your rental or any conditions that Aqua Sports Adventures considers unsafe boating conditions. Future weather forecast, slight drizzle and cloudy weather are not justifications for a cancellation or reschedule.
Dangerous conditions are heavy rains lasting more than forty-five minutes, lightning, tornado warnings, high wind advisories
If inclement weather (detailed above) occurs during your rental time period, Aqua Sports Adventures will "Pro-Rate" your rental fee based on the amount of time spent on the lake.
The minimum fee will be for a two hour rental if you go out, a credit voucher will be issued for remaining rental time.
Vouchers are valid through October 31 of the year of your original rental. If weather is a question, please call our office at 770-932-3366 on day of rental to see if no-fee cancellations are being put into effect for that day. A no call/no show will forfeit entire rental fee. Please note that a no-fee cancellation / weather credits or vouchers can only be done on day of the rental and must be in person on the day of the rental based on actual weather conditions at the scheduled rental time.

Note: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on all Pontoon, Deck Boats, and Runabouts.
$25 "Non Refundable Fee" is required.
