If you can't make your reservation, group, class or tour and you tell us more than 48 hours beforehand, we are happy to re-book you if spots are available. If you realize less than 48 hours before the lesson, unfortunately it might be too late to re-book. There are no refunds unless we cancel due to circumstances like weather. If weather is a factor, we will let you know about a cancellation at least 2 hours prior, in which case we will give you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Note : ALL guests must return to the same dock they launched from. Limited Restroom use will be available, but the rest of the indoor facility at Thompsons Boat Center will be closed. No lockers or dry bags will be available for now, but that is subject to change. There will not be a place to change clothes on-site, please arrive ready to paddle. Food and drink may not be available at every site so please bring your own if needed. Price does not include tax.
