Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellation Policy Because Hidden Coast Adventure Company LLC provides the highest quality guest service possible, we require a twenty four hour cancellation policy. Our Guests will receive no charge if a confirmed cancellation is received at least twenty-four hours prior to the rental or trip. In order to ensure the highest quality experience for all Guests, payment will be forfeited if a party is more than twenty minutes late for the allotted trip time. If a Guest has a prepaid rental they may show up at any time during their scheduled time until the last rental orientation during their rental time. If Hidden Coast Adventure Company LLC or State Park Officials deem that conditions are not conducive for the scheduled trip, all efforts will be made to reschedule, but if rescheduling is not possible then a full refund will be given to Guests. Trips go rain or shine, but will be canceled if the guide deems conditions unsuitable. If a guided tour or instructional class is interrupted by unforeseen weather during the activity, the Guests will be compensated with a voucher for the interrupted activity.
