If cancellation occurs more than 30 days in advance, then the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will forfeit the total rental or charter fees.

Note : We take the safety of our passengers, captains, and boats seriously. We will never endanger anyone’s safety and will always make prudent decisions when we are experiencing dangerous weather conditions. We will allow cancellations without penalty if the temperatures are predicted to be below 45 degrees, if the winds are predicted to be more than 20 knots sustained, or a small craft advisory is in effect. Rentals and charters will be cancelled and refunded or rescheduled without penalty if it is lightning/thundering/heavily raining at the time of the rental or charter. Reservations are upheld if it is cloudy or drizzling. Ultimately, we reserve the right to determine if the conditions are unsafe, and can cancel a course, charter, or rental at any time before or during if we deem that conditions are unsafe.
