Florida Friends Boat Rental has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If the rental appointment is cancelled, by you, 48 or more hours prior to the appointment day: a full refund will be issued. If the appointment is cancelled, by you, less than 48 hours prior to the appointment date: a partial (50%) refund will be issued. If we have to cancel your reservation due to poor weather, or any other reason, we will give you a full refund!
