48 hours notice is required to cancel or to make changes to any reservation! IF LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN THE CARD PROVIDED WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL.You will need to receive a cancellation confirmation email. Voicemail cancellations or messages left with Tween Waters front desk and marina staff will not constitute the required 48 hour cancelation notice.  Cancelations due to weather are not subject to any cancelation fees. However, we decide what is dangerous so you still must call the office before your scheduled rental day. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without notice if it is necessary because of weather or if the boat reserved is unavailable due issues beyond our control.

Note : Dogs must be leashed at all times while on 'Tween Waters property. You might also want to check Lee County regulations regarding pets and beach access. The renter is responsible for the pet and must clean up after them. The renter is also responsible for any damages to the boat, injuries others, or damage to other's property caused by the pet.
