Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations: 15 days prior to charter – no penalty. If the charter is canceled within 14 days of the trip, 50% of the charter will be charged to the credit card or deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation or No –Show within 48 hours, the full charter price is paid.
