Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please email us (reply to your booking email) as far in advance as possible. Cancellations must be made more than two hours ahead of the start time on the reservation for a full refund. If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 minutes but less than two hours before the start time on the reservation, the refund will be 75%. Cancellations made within 30 minutes before/after the start time of the reservation will be eligible for a 50% refund. Reservations are held for 30 minutes past the reserved start time, after which the equipment may be released to other renters and no longer available to you. If you do not show up for your reservation and do not email/call, you will not be eligible for any refund or to reschedule.

Please note: if you are late to your reservation, we CAN NOT guarantee that we will be able to change the start/end time of your booking to accommodate you. If we are booked out, you will either be able to use the equipment for the remainder of your paid time, or receive a 50% refund. If you launch late, you will likely still have to return on time and no refund or credits will be given. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your reservation, we cannot guarantee your equipment will be available when you arrive, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please call or email us as early as possible if you think you will be arriving late so we can do our best to help.

Note: We are a dog friendly business! All dogs must be on a leash any time they’re on land in the park. Our staff loves dogs, but some people are afraid of them, some dogs don’t like other dogs, and the parks have quite a bit of vehicle traffic.

When bringing your dog to paddleboard, we advise you bring along an old towel/yoga mat to cover and protect the deck pad of your rental board (Damage to the deck pad from dog nails will incur a substantial fee).

We also highly recommend doggie life jackets be worn by all dogs on the water. (Unfortunately we do not have these on site, so please plan ahead.) The handles on the back of the jacket make it significantly easier to pull the dog up out of the water and back on board, keeping your dog safer and preventing damage to the equipment. We generally have some doggie life jackets for sale on site, but we cannot guarantee all sizes will always be in stock.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : We only close if the weather is dangerous: thunder, lightening, heavy/sustained rain, high winds. If we do not plan to open at our usual time in the morning, we send out an email at least 1-2 hours in advance to make customers aware of the delay or closure and give them options. We always make decisions related to closure on the same day, rather than any sooner, to be as accurate as possible.

In the event of light rain or passing light showers, we tend to stay open. If rain or storms are in the forecast, please make sure to check your email in the morning before you begin to drive to us, or give us a call to learn what the weather is on site.

If you see a forecast that doesn’t look promising and you want to cancel or reschedule your reservation, you are welcome to do so. If we are open, our cancellation policy applies. If you want to reschedule, please make sure to include a new time/date so we can move the reservation for you.
