Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : All rentals are final. Absolutely no refunds. Issue a chargeback or claiming refunds is a violation of our terms and services. Credits to future bookings allowed if notice of reschedule is giving 24hrs prior to reservation time.
Excursions will still continue in the rain as long as there isn’t lightning nearby. If the weather conditions are inclement and an issue for the excursion, then we can reschedule to later date. If you cancel a week before excursion then Full Refund will be awarded. Any cancellations due to inclement weather conditions must be made 48 hours in advance before scheduled excursion for Future Credit. These policies are kept to allow us the opportunity to refill canceled bookings. We are only allowed a certain amount of bookings per day. Thank you for your understanding of this policy.

Anyone 15 years or older, weighing a minimum of 80 pounds can try these excursions! Swimming isn’t required, but it helps make for an easier lesson if the person does indeed know how to swim. Hydro Sports are easy to learn, yet challenging to master
You are not required to bring anything except to complete the online waiver and full payment. A well-fitting bathing suit, a towel, and sunscreen are always recommended.
If you are more than 30-minutes late from your schedule time, you receive a credit to be used within 2-weeks from the original date booked.
