Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Booking cancelations or rebooking requests will not be permitted within 48 hours of your trip departure!

In the case of inclement weather, on the day of your cruise, it is our policy, per the Captain's discretion, whether or not to cancel the cruise up to an hour before departure time.

In the case of weather cancelations, customers can either reschedule or receive a gift card (no expiration)
