Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing info@boatrentals.miami ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR NO-SHOWS.

Note : Weather is our call and will be made on the day of the rental, not prior to, unless there is an imminent named storm headed our way. In general, we consider sustained rains, high winds and low visability to be unsafe. There are many other factors that we consider, including the local weather radar and wind forecast. If you are concerned about the weather, please give us a call. Rentals may still happen with passing showers at our staff's discretion. We do not issue refunds for overcast conditions alone.
