A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation for our dock location in Hyannis Harbor. Dock cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of rental period for a refund. There is no refund of deposit within 48 hours for rentals from our dock. Refunds are considered for rain or unfavorable wind conditions, weather cancellations are determined on the day of the rental. Delivered rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your rental period. There is no refund of deposit for cancellations. Refunds are considered for tropical storms and hurricanes and in this event are pro-rated based on loss of use.
