The reservation deposit is refundable if you need to cancel 7+ days prior to the start of your reservation, less a cancellation fee of $25.00. If you cancel within the 7 days, we will refund your deposit only if the boat can be re-rented.

The only exception is for a major rain event on the day of and prior to the start of a daily boat rental. If the boat master deems it unsafe (lightning, heavy rain), to check out a boat, then a full refund will be given for daily rentals only. Please note that once the boat is in your possession, no refunds will be given for inclement weather or early returns.

Note : A 20-minute short course on Lake Lure Regulations, NC Wildlife Regulations and Boat Operation is required before boat can be released to you regardless of your prior boating experience. You will be asked to sign our NC Watercraft Rental Agreement and waiver of liability. Observance of all NO WAKE and SWIMMING OFFSHORE REGULATIONS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED A credit card is required as reservation and for a security deposit Take a cell phone with you.
