We take 100% of the payment at the time of booking. The summer season is very short and very busy. We encourage you to make a reservation as soon as possible to ensure you get the exact date and boat you would like. We have a 72 hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 72 hours from your scheduled reservation in order to receive a full refund. If your reservation is canceled inside the 72 hour window you will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
