If made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee equal to 25% of the rental rate. Cancellations due to unsafe or severe weather will not result in a charge (Management discretion).

Note : Credit card holder must be present with photo ID on the day of the rental. Renter must provide a valid Driver’s License and credit card with available funds of $1000 for verification (no AMEX).
