Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : We ask that should you need to cancel your reservation, that you call or email at
least 14 days before the rental date. We will retain 10% of your booking for
processing fees. Should you need to cancel within the 14 day period we will try to
re-book your equipment to alleviate your responsibility. Whatever portion we can fill
you will receive credit for (less 10% processing fee). Special circumstances may
apply to large groups or custom packages, please call for details.
