Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : NON-HOLIDAY reservations require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation to be given a refund or a credit for a future rental within the same season. Less than 48 hours notice, the customer will not receive a refund or credit.
INCLEMENT WEATHER In the event boating is prevented by bad weather as determined by Seacoast Marine Holdings, LLC the customer will be given a credit for a future rental within the season.
HOLIDAY reservations CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Holidays include weekends of MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4th, and LABOR DAY.
