Cancellation Policy

Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Any cancellations outside of the 72 hours or weather-related will be issued a gift certificate for a future rental. Less than 72-hour notice will incur the full rental charge. Re-booking rental will depend on boat availability.

Strict No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

In case of inclement weather the day of the rental, Anchor will make a determination if it is safe for use of the boats. If Anchor cancels the rental, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule based on availability or Anchor will offer a refund.
