We understand that some things are out of your control but cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, then our guests will be charged 50% of their total bill including sales tax. No Shows will be charged the full amount of rental. No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Some examples are, but not limited to: extreme wind, extremely rough water, lightning storms, and mechanical failure. Before each trip we will check current weather forecast to determine safe boating conditions for our guests. Please keep in mind that in different seasons the weather in the Tampa Bay area can change rapidly. Some areas will be off limits due to environmental conditions. Your safety and enjoyment are our number one priority. We will contact you with as much advanced notice as possible and work with you to reschedule.
