Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : In the event of a cancellation a full refund is given with two week cancellation notice. A 50% refund will be given with up to 48-hour notice of cancellation. No refunds will be issued if less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given. Rentals may be rescheduled with no penalty up to one week prior to rental reservation when availability allows. Rentals totaling over $300 will be charged a 15% restocking fee upon cancellation to offset credit card fees.
