Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : 14 or more days prior to reservation: $25 cancellation fee.

13-4 days prior to reservation: $100 cancellation fee

3 or less days to the reservation: $200 cancellation fee

The day of the reservation: Cancellation or no shows will be responsible and charged from the full price of the reservation.

Pets allowed : No

Note : We do not allow cancellations for rain or overcast weather, the only reason we cancel is lightning due to safety issues.
