Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Our Cancellation Policy For Weekends Must Be Made By Wednesday Night Before That Weekend For Your Credit Card To Not Be Charged.  48-Hour Notice As Well For Weekdays. You Must Call And Speak With A Live Person To Cancel; Not A Voicemail, Text, Or Email.
Severe Weather That Occurs The Morning Or Day Of Your Rental Would Be The Only Exception When Cancellation Is Permissible.  If We Are Going To Close Due To Weather, We Will Make That Decision The Morning Of Your Rental And Call You. You Will Be Refunded Your Deposit Or Rescheduled.
Rain/Cooler/Hot/Cloudy Weather Etc., The Renter Is Still Responsible, As All Boats Will Be Released To Go Out On The Water.
If You Do Not Supply The Rental Deposit Within 24 Hours, Your Reservation Status Will Be Void.
